Just had a long discussion with my colleagues on "Blue screen of death". And we are suppose to explain the cause of it. To all non-techies, blue screen can be caused by anything and the easiest way is reboot. Sighh.. "Find the cause"= Searching the ocean. What to do, my boss and boss's boss wans the cause..
