Another yeah for locknlock
So we made creme brulee for the Christmas party on the 12/23/2011. And since, there was around 10+ ppl, we decided to make 12 shares. And since we only have 8 rameskins, we decided to use the locknlock to make the remaining 4.
It turns out, everyone was too full by the time we get to desserts. So we had plenty of leftovers to bring home. And guess what?
Today is 1/3/2012, 11 days since we made these creme brulee. And i almost thought i need to toss them out as they may have gone bad. Guess what?
Those in the rameskins, which we covered with cling wrap, had all harden up and we had to throw those out. As for those in the locknlock, they are still good. Yup. put some sugar on them and carmelise the top. Yummmmzzz..
I guess the airtight lids really comes in handy here.
