Halo Frenzy

Yup.. the recent hype over here is the release of Halo and Game Fuel - A drink just for Halo. What's interesting is the apparent q to get hold of a copy of the game when it's released. Just what...

Derrick got himself a copy from the company store that very morning it was available. The game was sold at 12midnight on monday and he was telling me that he will be going to the store on tuesday after work. That is 6pm i assumed. And guessed what.. After dropping me at my office in the morning ard 9am, he went to the company store to buy a copy... =T

As for the drink, it was available in the company pantry on monday too.. We took a can back.. And we have yet to drink it. It's interesting to hear my team mates talk about the ingredients in the drink:

glycerol ester of wood rosin, ..., brominated vegetable oil...

65mg Sodium

Yikes, does that sound yummy? Veg oil!?!? Such an alarming amount of sugar... No wonder it's called game fuel. Seems more like an "energy" drink..

How did it even pass the taste or health check? hmm... The testers must be those gamers.. Are we going to try it? Maybe... I keep you posted on the taste
