I baked peanut cookies last week again

This time round with our new toy - Food processor. It was really a breeze making these. And by far, it's the cookie that i baked that have people raving and coming back for seconds. There's an interesting feedback this time round that it tastes like sand.

Well, cos it crumbles the minute it's in your mouth. So the next time, if you pop a cookie that melts in your mouth, ask if it's sandlike texture.
