We are having fish for dinner

Today we went to Ranch99, an Asian supermarket that's about 20-30mins drive from our place. It's a bigger supermarket than the one we go regularly and we bought some japanese snowfish to steam for our dinner. Some ginger, chilli, soy sauce and green onions.


Viola, supper yummy and healthy dinner for 2 of us.

And what better plate to steam the fish than to use the free glass pan from Locknlock. Yup, it's perfect size, fits in the pot to steam, have the 2 handles to take the pan easily from the pot of boiling water., have some depth to hold the fish and sauce. LOooooved it!!! Thanks locknlock again.
