Got kicked out of daycare
This happened a few weeks back when Emily got kicked out of daycare because she got the pink eye. See the yellow discharge in her eyes? Oh yes, that's contagious. And there was so much yellow discharge that when she sleeps, they dried up and glued her eyelid together. She gets pretty upset when she wakes up and can't see. And to add to that, see the red bruise on her cheeks? That's caused by me, apparently i was too aggressive in rubbing off the discharge and didn't realise that baby's skin is very gentle. And she got a nasty bruise from my rubbings.
Poor emily.
Because of this incident. Emily's new nickname is pudding, aka "poor thing". Our little pudding needs more love and pamperings. Calling all uncles and aunties to swing by and hug the little one.

haiyo poor thing, erm use warm water easier to rub off the eye discharge. or just hold the wet warm cloth on the discharge when it soften it will be easier to wipe off. Not giving naggy advice kah, ahaha cos my eyes always hv such discharge!

That's exactly what we were told to do. Warm wet towel to soften and wipe off the discharge.
But add to the equation, a cranky and upset baby that refuse to operate + her baby skin.
sigh...
