Chicken rice for the last day of 2006

Yup.. My first attempt at cooking chicken rice with the help of premix. Turned out pretty good except the rice was a bit too soft (too much chicken stock added to the rice). Well, i guess u can't go too wrong with premixes. What made me surprised is that the mixes had pandan leaves in them. The rice n chicken were very fragant and yummy. And the mix comes with the garlic, chilli sauce and soya sauce too.

Only complain was that the chilli was too little. Typical Singaporeans..
