Seattle = Wet + coffee
Came across this article in Oct issue of Marie Claire and loved the statement there.
"Women in the damp, caffeinated city of Seattle spill beans on their beauty secrets"
"Rains a full half of the year"
It's wet over here, it's drizzling outside as i write this. And people don't carry brollies aka umbrellas. It's those light drizzle that never stops and I guess people can't be bothered to carry an umbrella.
"Hometown of Starbucks" That's so much for "caffeinated" and spilling the beans. I feel that coffee taste the same over here, nothing much different. I have been to the first Starbucks outlet at the Pike's place market, but never got a chance to have a cuppa there. The super long long q in that tidy shop spells of ppl who would add to their travel experience "I had a cuppa at the first Starbucks shop in the world!"
