The Sambal Blachan that smelt gd and exploded in my luggage

Last night, when Derrick fetched me from the airport, as he was putting the luggages into the boot, he asked "Did u smell that? it's some chilli smell..."

uh oh... i unzip the luggage and took a quick peek and guessed what we saw? Oh no.. The chilli have exploded in my luggage.

The funny thing is, ella packed every other bottle and every other thing in double pack. As in, bubble wrap + plastic bag or newspaper + plastic bag. Yes.. ella packed her luggage. At the point of packing, the plastic bottle seems to me to be stronger than glass bottles.

Don't ask me why i didn't put the bottle in a plastic bag. I put every other thing in plastic bags except this. The plastic bottle didn't crack, but it seems the aircraft pressure/ temperature/ weight burst the inner white sealed cover.

Now this $1 bottle of chilli dirtied the luggage that i was going to throw anyway. Cos the luggage's wheel broke.. So in all, damage = 0, lesson learnt = 100%, Ella's skill in packing = Still remains to be seen
