What happens to failed homemade sushi?

ella's solution? chopped them up and serve it as if it's fried rice.
Mistake:
1) I didn't have the big seaweed wrap
2) It was a last minute decision to make sushi and i did not have the eggroll. Which i gamely tried to make but failed terribly.
3) There wasn't enough rice, i only had 1.5 cup of rice to cook. That was for 2 meals = 4servings.


Alas, despite all the mishaps, dinner turned out looking pretty well.
