Housewarming in a flash

The party was smashing and i'm glad every1 enjoyed the food and company. It was nice to see different people chatting up and talking. Colleagues, frens all... I need to give special thanks to derrick, aka my sous chief. Well, behind every chef, there's a helper that helps with the cutting and preparation work.

Here's how the prep work starts

Looking at the spread, do you think we have enough food for 20+ people? We still have 1 slab of ribs, salad, almond jelly with longan in the fridge. Bring it on...

Dorothy, doing us the honor of attacking the food first. We needed some1 to start the ball rolling.

2 hours later, everyone has at least 2 servings each and we still have a lot of food. I'm sure no one went home starved. Every1 was fed to the brim..

It has certainly been a smashing party and special thanks to every1 that made this possible. I feel encouraged with the cooking and look forward to hosting another party of this scale again.
