The ham is in the oven as we speak

Going for an advanced thankgiving potluck dinner today as some folks are heading to Whistler, Canada for skiing over the Thanksgiving weekend. I will follow up with the super big ham in another blog later.

Now speaking of the upcoming holidays, what am i going to do during the 4 days holiday break?
1) Shop
2) Shop, shop ??

But seriously, there's nothing more i need. But it's the once-a-year-Black-Friday sales. Well.. If i'm those crazy people that will q for hours in the freezing cold for big items like TV, Laptop. Yes, if i need those items, maybe i go crazy and q. But this time round i'm mainly buying stuff on behalf of relatives for this trip back. Yes, i whine about bringing things back for others. So i'm going to stop myself on this whining business for now.

Having stayed here for close to 2 years, i have come to conclude that not all things are cheaper here. I'm so looking forward to shopping in Singapore, i need more clothes, shoes.. There's so much more varieties and much cheaper back home.
