Meetup = Good food

This evening, we went for a gathering with the Meetup.com Seattle group. It's a bunch of Singaporeans who lives in Seattle. What i like about going for these gatherings:
1) Meet more fellow Singaporeans in this far away country.
2) The all so familiar Singlish talk
3) The food.. Man, everyone brings their best food for the potluck party. No kidding...


See... Someone brought a dessert - "Ang Ku Kueh". It's so good and professional, covered with banana leaf for the fragrance. Here's a typical example of the standard of food at the potluck. It's good, very presentable and authentic Singapore food.


Everyone mingling around at the lovely deck of Ghim's place. With beautiful sunny weather to boot. It was a great gathering.

What did i bring? Almond jelly with longan. my 100% fail proof dessert that's so easy to make too..
