i made fried Ngoh Hiang

I made these fried fritters for the very first time. Although they ain't as pretty as what mama's, they are still yummy. It' actually minced pork, dried mushroom, shrimps wrapped in Beancurd sheet. Steam it for around 10minutes and fry it when u ready to eat them.

I would certainly try to make these again. This time round, i will oil the pan when i steam them, this way the ngoh hiang won't stick to the pan.
