Pork bulgogi with fun cookware

We had bulgogi before at a friend's place and never quite remembered whether it was sliced beef or sliced pork. So when we were at the Korean supermarket doing our weekly grocery shopping, we bought the sliced pork to try cooking bulgogi for the first time.


Do not let the look trick you. It taste super super yummy. Oh yes, it does looks like stir fried bacon.


And did i tell you that our favourite cookware is now the bright yellow ceramic cookware from locknlock?

They are so fun to use and they REEEEeeeeaaalyl don't stick. I use them on a daily basis now and i rarely even add oil when i cook stuff. Ok, I think my husband is going to yell at me for that but he hasn't found out so far. Which is good! Less oil = Healthier meals, but with less oil it often means a mess to wash up after all the food getting stuck on the cookware. With these ceramic cookware from locknlock, i haven't even found any need to put any oil and they don't stick at all.
