Salad fest

ella's into salad for this week.

One of my new creation: Salmon with chilli powder that turned out really well. (pss.. i think derrick love chilli-powdered-salmon) , lots of greens, sunflower seeds, almond flakes.

yummy.. kinda addicted to salad. can create different yummy combinations and guilt-free as it's v healthy. Only minus point is, get hungry pretty fast. So we bought lots of fruits to snack on.

Nay.. ella saw a worm on this leaf. After some screaming, i cut out the leaf where the worm was. i don't like the idea of eating the salad where the worm was at. We bought organic lettuce as it was at the same price. Organic vs Normal? i chose to buy organic. But.. organic lettuce had the bonus item added, the worm.

Well.. guess i could say it's really organic. it's the first time i encountered a worm with my vegs in the usa. Netherless to say, the Organic veg underwent countless of rinse and soak before ella's gave it a stamp of approval.
