What happens when 3 guys bake?

The result: Fabulous cornbread that had everyone at the party going for seconds.

It was the long overdue housewarming party by Kelvin, Aaron + gang. They are sharing this huge 3 story, 5 bedroom, 2 kitchen house in Seattle. We arrived 30min before the party and rolled up sleeves to help out at the kitchen. It was a party for 40+ guests and the kitchen was in war zone.

Everyone agreed on my comment that it looked more like a science experiment with 3 guys on it.


Verdict: Looks good and yummy..


Result = Killer cornbread that was really good...

Aaron poured melted butter on top of the cornbread. Oh man.. They are so good. Moist and buttery.. Even ella-who's-supposed-to-be-on-diet, ditched all diet attempts that evening.. I asked Aaron repeatedly for this recipe. Apparently, he got it off the Internet.

But it's really good. Now, i made cornbread before using pre-mix, i have a feeling that it's so good, because of the generous melted butter that was poured into it. Now, what you dunno can't hurt...

The next time you sink your teeth into something this good, remember: If it taste so good, it can't be healthy..
