DIY pizza and fun

It's been a while since we last made pizzas. Having pizzas and making them are totally different experience. I like making pizzas and it was fun seeing everyone making their own versions of pizzas.

Mini pizzas too..

Following a fren's previous advise and some online reads, i did cornmeal dusting on all the pans this time round. and everyone asked why? I didn't know why, but i just followed. it turned out well and i still am puzzled, why use cornmeal for dusting and not flour?

ANSWER: Cornmeal has been traditionally used on pizza crusts as a slip, or release agent to allow the formed dough piece (crust) to be easily slid from the pizza or oven peel onto the deck of the oven for baking
