I have to talk about this. Our friend baked this for saturday's meetup and it's soooo good. Can you imagine? Crispy baked chicken breast that's super juicy, with spinach and cheese on the inside..

Certainly another dish to add to my to-cook list. Definitely tops the list of 101 ways to cook chicken breast. Time to get receipe from the chef =P
