We just added another toy to our kitchen

Been toying with the idea of getting a kitchenaid mixer. Well, we kinda like baking and recently into baking breads. But without a dough mixer, we or should i say Derrick, had to hand knead for 1 hour. Which is the main reason for buying a kitchenaid mixer.

Here's the output

Yummy bread, there's chocolate fillings, lotus paste in them.


And a Boston cheesecake. Don't really like the texture of this, feels more like cake than a cheesecake
