Crazy weather in May

It's officially spring here and soon to be summer. And yet, we have spring storm warnings for the mountains passes where they were said to get 12 inches of snow overnight.

And guess what happened today? I was just at the kitchen getting my afternoon cup of coffee when someone suddenly exclaimed "It's snowing!" And true enough, it was snowing hard. It looked like hail though. And some guy that was apparently visiting here, said "Well, that's true Seattle crazy weather!"

I have to agree. What's with snow/ hail in May, right in the middle of spring? Cold cold go away...
