Eeeeeee, did we even vacuum at all in the past?

We been wanting to buy a new vacuum cleaner like forever. Well, we had a cheapo one that Derrick bought when he first came to USA. It was a super cheap one that he bought during Black Friday sales. That one doesn't vacuum well, there's hair, socks fibers, etc still on the carpet even if you vacuum over the spot several times. Worse of all, that vacuum has static brushes, and you need to use strength to push and pull the vacuum in order to brush the carpet.

We been considering to buy a dyson vacuum which cost like $300. It's like the Mercedes of the vacuum cleaners. But there was no way, Derrick was willing to pay that much for a vacuum cleaner. The cheapo one we had cost like under $50.

After much considerations and with some discounts, we settled on a Hoover WindTunnel Pet Rewind Upright. Yep, it supposedly very good and sucking all the pet hair. Although we have no pet, i figured that with all my hair trapped in the carpet, this will fit us well..

See the amount of dirt it collected just from the living room alone. OMG... it was that dirty? Although most of it was the carpet fiber, it still feel like it sucked a ton of stuff out of the carpet. We love our new vacuum cleaner... Yippeee!!
