Dinner at the Quans

I was in the mood to do some experimental cooking. erm, it turned out to be a huge feast as i cooked quite a number of dishes.


Here's the experiments:

I was thinking to try cooking Pig's blood soup but when we were at the supermarket, Derrick picked out Pig's stomach, Pig's Liver and beef Tripe. He insist that we are supposed to cook Pig's organ soup not pig's blood soup. So, here we are.. ella cooking most of these "gamely" food for the first time.

I cooked them separately from the main soup, in case some are not game enough for blood, liver or tripe.

Verdict: No complains so far and pretty much every dish was finished.
