Taiwan Day 1
Warning: All the following posts will be plastered with food pictures. Do not drool..
See Derrick and his huge smile? Yes, we are flying to Taiwan where all the yummy food awaits. See ya again in 12 hours. After arriving in Taipei, and a 3 hours train ride, we finally arrived at our first stop - Hualien. Time to unleash the eating!!!
Dumpling and Scholar buns
Beef noodles and some of their specialities like Red duck egg and shark meat. Overordered at this shop. Should have kept to 1 order.
Bao Xing Pao Bing. Caramel and condensed milk on super fine ice and taro balls, sweet potato balls. Really good!!!
Goose meat, super juicy and sweet
See all the folks eager to eat with the chopsticks.
Luckily there's 5 of us, else we would never be able to eat this much food in 1 day.
