We are in love with guacamole and artichoke

When i first came to the states, i hate guacamole and cannot understand why people love it. It's actually made of avocado, onions. And you find it in mexican food. Nowadays i love to have nacho chips with Guacamole. So much so, that i'm thinking of buying some avocados this weekend to try making some guacamole.

Similarly for artichoke, our recent favourite find. Loved it on pizza and pasta. Nay, not feeling adventurous to cook our own artichoke hearts, i'm sticking to the bottled/ canned ones for now.
