Stir fry Beef and Spring Onion

Following my previous attempt of Hor Fun w Seafood and Beef. We decided to cook stir fry beef and it turned out yummy.. My first attempt at this dish and definitely not going to be the last. Ginger, light soya sauce, cornstarch, spring onions, beef = Yummy Stir fry beef with Spring Onions.
