Ella's chicken artichoke pasta

Kinda inspired by this article that i read http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/foodwine/2012711633_web25cheesepasta.html and decided to try cooking this pasta.


And here's the end result. yum yum

I changed the receipe a little, erm.. actually quite a bit. Added mushrooms instead of tomato, used parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella cheese, skipped on the basil. Turned out pretty good. Not like the usual creamy or tomato based pasta sauced ones. Derrick preferred to have more artichokes.

This is definitely a keeper and the next time i cook this, i'm going to increase the amount of artichokes.
