What to do with pandan and banana leaves?

Well, i have these frozen in my freezer because of last week's attempt at making otak/ nasi lemak. So what do i do with them? I add pandan leaves to green bean soup, and use the banana leaf to bake fish with sambal for dinner.


Now does the fish taste better? No idea, but the banana leaf does make it look more authentic. Maybe it does taste better with banana leaf...
