Creme brulee in the making

Yep, after we went for lunch at some cafe that came with creme brulee. I was craving for more creme brulee and also eager to try making some. Derrick was interested in the fun of making the top using the torch. After doing some research and asking around, we bought the big torch from home depot.

Here's putting the sugar on the baked creme brulee that has been cooled. Time to baked the crystal top.

Tada... Here's the end result. It was super super yummy.

Derrick loves it too. Now here's another dish to add to our regular recipes and definitely looking forward to having it again.
